## About the Role

* Several years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering or Advanced Analytics
 * Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role with responsibility for products, projects or complex initiatives
 * Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and modern Data Science and Machine Learning frameworks
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS, and operating AI and ML solutions in production environments
 * Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring and the continuous improvement of production systems
 * Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and business requirements
 * Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills

## Description

* Own the roadmap for our Data, Analytics and AI products and prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic relevance
 * Identify data-driven opportunities together with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into AI and Machine Learning solutions
 * Analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models and derive actionable recommendations
 * Design, build and evaluate Machine Learning models and modern AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and agent-based workflows
 * Manage the full product lifecycle, from problem definition and development to validation and production deployment
 * Ensure the operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI systems in modern cloud environments
 * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics and other stakeholders while communicating progress, risks and results transparently
