Do you have experience in Workday?, Required Experience/Skills fro the Senior Application Support Engineer:

 * 5+ years of application or production support experience.
 * Strong experience supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM.
 * Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, reporting, and scheduled jobs.
 * Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
 * Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Application Support Engineer:

 * Salesforce support or administration experience.
 * ITIL knowledge.
 * Experience with SQL, scripting, BI tools, or AWS.
 * Workday Studio or Workday certifications.
 * Financial services industry experience.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will handle production support, troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and system improvements across business-critical applications., * Support enterprise applications, integrations, and production environments.

 * Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues.
 * Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
 * Support user access, platform administration, and system maintenance.
 * Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
 * Maintain documentation and support procedures.
 * Assist with upgrades, releases, and operational improvements.
