 * Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vektordatenbanken sowie zentralen KI-Themen wie Kontextfenstern, Tokenisierung, Temperatur, Halluzinationen sowie Kosten- und Latenz-Trade-offs
 * Erfahrung mit Git, Monitoring, Deployment, Fine-Tuning, lokalen Sprachmodellen oder Open-Weight-Modellen in datenschutzsensiblen Umgebungen
 * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens C1

## Description

* Du entwickelst und betreibst KI-Agenten, Multi-Agent-Architekturen und Automatisierungsworkflows für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche
 * Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, erkennst Automatisierungspotenziale und überführst diese in strukturierte Agenten- und AI-Workflows
 * Du bindest REST-APIs, OAuth, Webhooks und Drittsysteme an und sorgst für stabile, fehlertolerante Integrationen
 * Du arbeitest mit Datenmodellen, SQL-Abfragen und Cloud-Datenbanken wie BigQuery zur Unterstützung von KI-Entscheidungslogik und KPI-Tracking
 * Du überführst Prototypen in stabile Produktionssysteme mit Monitoring, Logging, Deployment und Fehlerbehandlung
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem KC AI Center of Excellence sowie internen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern zusammen
