Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Netzwerkproblemen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
Dokumentation von Netzwerkkonfigurationen und Prozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Netzwerkadministratoren in Projekten
Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, inklusive der Aktualisierung von Netzwerksystemen
