 * Translate the ZEISS AI strategy into tangible measures to drive AI adoption (e.g., AI fluency for all, Domain-based training).
 * Manage cross functional project teams and align stakeholders across business units.
 * Consult and coach other project teams on change management, enabling project leads to integrate actionable change activities into their project plans.
 * Manage diverse stakeholder groups and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for AI-related change.
 * Demonstrate and track the impact of change activities with clear KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
