## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors

 * Strong hands on experience with Employee Central is essential

 * Experience delivering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects

 * Previous experience with international HR IT projects or global rollouts is highly desirable

 * Good understanding of SAP HCM and HR processes would be beneficial

 * Experience working with external implementation partners or consultants

 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

 * Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions

 * German and English language skills at minimum B2 level are required

## Description

* Take ownership of the internal HR IT function and act as the main point of contact for HR technology topics

 * Drive the implementation, optimisation, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central

 * Support the international rollout of Employee Central and work closely with global HR teams and country stakeholders

 * Coordinate between internal payroll teams, external payroll providers, and IT systems

 * Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions

 * Manage external consultants and service providers supporting SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

 * Support testing, releases, updates, training, and change management activities

 * Improve existing HR processes and move customised solutions back towards SAP standard where possible

 * Support SAP HCM processes and coordinate other HR applications including G Force for time management
