Experience gathering and analyzing developer feedback and translating it into platform improvements. Familiarity with modern developer platforms (e.g., Backstage, Internal Developer Platforms, developer portals). Proven experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure (AWS), prioritizing usability and developer self-service. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and best practices in infrastructure automation. Strong background in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to a transparent, inclusive, and respectful work culture. Nice to have: Experience in the FinTech industry. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA) is a plus. Knowledge of UX principles applied to developer tools. Contributions to the Developer Experience community (blog posts, talks, open-source projects).
