Hands-on experience with network protocols, including EVPN VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, IGMP, PIM, and Layer 2 networking concepts (VLAN, STP, ERPS) is preferred. Experience working with switching chips (Ex: Broadcom XGS) Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in working with cross functional teams Demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, effective collaboration, and ## Description Adopting existing firmware code and work on new or different switch hardware platforms. Developing and implementing low-level software that directly interacts with switch hardware platforms. Debugging and optimizing ported F/W to ensure proper functionality/performance/stability on the platforms. Creating and maintaining documentation for ported F/W and related process. Collaborating with hardware engineers and other software teams to ensure seamless integration of ported F/W. Performing code reviews and adhering to F/W development best practices. Troubleshooting F/W issue cross different switch hardware configuration.
