5+ years of professional software development experience with proven ownership of complex projects. - Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and backend development. - Advanced experience with Node.js, backend development, and RESTful API creation. - Strong proficiency in React.js, including component design, state management, and modern frontend practices. - Experience working with relational databases and/or NoSQL database technologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. - Ability or strong potential to mentor developers and contribute to technical leadership activities. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and remote teams. - Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
