## About the Role

SELECTION CRITERIA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting management within MSF OCBA missions as ACMA, FinCo, Accounting MIO, controller, etc. Proven experience in finance operations, including accounting, treasury and financial reporting. Experience using finance systems and tools, such as SAP, FFC or equivalent. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be considered an asset. Strong knowledge of accounting management, treasury, financial reporting, internal controls and accounting processes is desirable. Good understanding of finance processes and

to support consistent and effective ERP implementation. Identify and resolve functional system issues to maintain system usability and operational continuity. Conduct and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system performance and alignment with user needs. Support training delivery and development of learning materials to facilitate user adoption and system integration. Oversee data migration activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and minimal disruption during transition. Maintain functional documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term system sustainability. Promote project engagement by acting as an ERP ambassador to foster stakeholder commitment and adoption. ROLE´S SPECIFIC ELEMENTS Works within the FINIS project implementing Microsoft Dynamics as the new finance system. Covers financial and accounting processes at Field level including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, treasury and reporting. Operates across HQ and Field environments with
