## Description

software products and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): Regular Technical Support duties: customer case handling, troubleshooting, and follow-through to resolution. Test automation for our software products (writing and maintaining automated test cases and scripts). Development of internal tools for managers and other departments (reports, dashboards, workflow utilities). VIP customer support: Primary or backup contact for high-priority accounts Contribution to company software projects (BMC, CMM, Redfish, etc.) - design reviews, testing, and coordination with SW/PM teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in automated testing is preferred Knowledge and skill on Python
