## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and sustainable test automation frameworks
 * Lead the automated testing strategy by defining best practices, standards, and technical approaches
 * Implement and execute automated UI, API, and regression tests
 * Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
 * Collaborate closely with development teams to incorporate quality from early stages through shift-left practices
 * Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and propose technical improvements
 * Evaluate, propose, and adopt new technologies and innovative approaches, including AI applied to testing
 * Provide technical leadership, initiative, and problem-solving in complex challenges
