Join us and bring your whole self to work Some details about your department We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will support the organization's cybersecurity operations across multiple fronts - from day-to-day security monitoring and incident response to driving a strong security culture across the company. What we'd like you to do Design and deliver company-wide security awareness training programs covering phishing identification, social engineering, and data handling, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. Plan and execute simulated phishing campaigns to assess employee awareness levels, tracking metrics and reporting results to management. Work alongside the SOC in the detection, triage, investigation, and resolution of security incidents, supporting alert analysis across SIEM and EDR platforms. Document incident timelines, root cause analyses, and post-incident reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC playbooks and detection rules. Collaborate with the CISO and GRC team to propose, draft, and implement security policies aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or NIS2, and to ensure AI tools align with applicable regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR) and internal security policies. Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to applicable regulations, ensuring identified risks are documented and remediated. Evaluate AI tools adopted or developed by the company, proposing security measures and controls to mitigate risks related to data exposure, model misuse, and unauthorized access. Monitor threat intelligence feeds and vulnerability scan results, translating findings into actionable recommendations for IT and security teams. Document security configurations applied across the company's security systems, ensuring all settings, changes, and hardening measures are accurately recorded and kept up to date. Participate in access control reviews and enforce least-privilege principles, managing security exceptions with proper documentation and periodic review.
