## About the Role

About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP / HCM Solution Architect to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Fusion HCM, PL/SQL, REST, APIs, ETL along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
 * Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience
 * Experience leading technical teams
 * Experience with SaaS / Cloud ERP deployments
 * Strong post-migration strategy experience
 * Databricks experience
 * Strong PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts
 * Event-driven architecture
 * CI/CD & Version Control
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management
 * Ability to facilitate technical discussions and influence architecture decisions
