## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on SAP ECC FICO experience.
 * Strong configuration expertise in FI (GL/AP/AR/AA/Banking/Treasury) and CO (CCA/PCA/NEWGL).
 * Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD modules.
 * Experience leading or mentoring support teams or vendors.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * SAP FI/CO certification from SAP (preferred S/4 HANA FI or Management accounting certification)
 * Experience with ECC to S/4HANA readiness or migration projects.
 * Exposure to BI/BW reporting or financial reporting tools.
 * Experience working in, public sector, or similar industries

## Description

SAP ECC FICO Consultant / About the Role

 * We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC FICO Consultant to oversee production support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for our Finance & Controlling (FICO) landscape.
 * This role partners closely with Finance stakeholders, manages support analysts, and ensures stability and optimization of SAP ECC FICO processes.
 * This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving system excellence., * Lead day-to-day support for SAP ECC FI and CO/FMS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking/Treasury CCA, PCA, and Costing).
 * Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and enhancements to meet SLAs.
 * Perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Own configuration changes, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
 * Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support business processes.
 * Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and Security teams on RICEFW development and system issues.
 * Guide offshore/onshore support resources and ensure consistent service delivery.
 * Support upgrade activities, regression testing, cutover planning, and project rollouts.
 * Maintain high-quality documentation (functional specs, process flows, SOPs, test scripts).
 * Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards.
