The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of enterprise project management experience, including deep hands-on leadership of PeopleSoft upgrades, cloud migrations, vendor management, and multi-million-dollar ERP programs. They will oversee project governance, budgets, risks, schedules, testing, cutover planning, and post-production stabilization while serving as the key liaison between executive stakeholders, internal IT teams, Oracle Consulting, and other implementation partners.
