## Description

We are seeking an experienced Spring Boot Senior Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, along with strong leadership skills to mentor development teams and drive technical excellence., * Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE and Spring Boot applications.

 * Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices.
 * Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
 * Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
 * Ensure application quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
 * Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
