## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSAN, vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
 * Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environments.
 * Knowledge of storage technologies, RAID, SAN/NAS, and data protection concepts.
 * Experience with VMware lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades.
 * Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, and distributed switches.
 * Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
 * Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.

<>Preferred Qualifications

 * VMware certifications such as VCP-DCV, VCAP, or VCDX.
 * Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX.
 * Exposure to automation tools such as PowerCLI, PowerShell, or Ansible.
 * Experience working in large enterprise environments.

<>Education

 * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

## Description

We are seeking an experienced VMware vSAN Expert Consultant to design, implement, optimize, and support VMware vSAN and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies, storage architecture, cluster management, and performance tuning within enterprise data center environments., * Design, deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSAN clusters.

 * Perform vSAN upgrades, migrations, health checks, and troubleshooting activities.
 * Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
 * Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter, and related infrastructure components.
 * Implement and manage vSAN Storage Policies and Data Protection solutions.
 * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and storage-related issues.
 * Collaborate with application, network, and security teams during implementation and support activities.
 * Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
 * Provide recommendations for infrastructure modernization and best practices.
