This role combines strategy, governance, controls, and execution. Success requires someone who can define requirements, strengthen controls, improve operational processes, and drive automation initiatives while also building credibility and alignment across stakeholders. We're seeking an individual who is equally comfortable influencing senior leaders, partnering with technical teams, and rolling up their sleeves to solve complex operational challenges., * 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 3+ years of Identity Access Management experience preferred. * 2+ years of Technology or Business Controls experience. * 2+ years of Escalation Management or supervisory experience. * 3+ years of related work experience in financial industry operations or systems. * Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms. * Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks. * Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
