Make sure issues are recorded, prioritized, and addressed promptly. * Contribute to platform reliability by identifying patterns across tickets and bringing up underlying engineering issues before they escalate. * Build and maintain a structured knowledge base of known issues, root causes, resolutions, and workarounds.
