You guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior scientists, and apply advanced statistical methods to real-world Caterpillar problems. You will work with data, AI, and domain knowledge of heavy equipment to shape future machines and solutions. This is a mission-driven, data-powered opportunity to influence product design and customer outcomes at scale.
