## About the Role

* Du begeisterst dich für IT-Themen und hast bereits erste Erfahrung bei der technischen Betreuung von IT-Systemen gemacht.
 * Du kennst dich gut mit mindestens einem der gängigen Betriebssysteme aus (Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
 * Du hast den Überblick zu - und im besten Falle erste Kenntnisse in - aktuellen Technologien zur Automatisierung, Configuration-Management oder Backup- und Restore.
 * Du hast solide Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk.
 * Optimalerweise bist du im Umgang mit Scriptsprachen, PowerShell oder Bash geübt.
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit IT-Service-Management sind von Vorteil.
 * Du bringest schon eine Zertifizierung im Bereich ITIL oder einer Technologieplattform mit. Falls nicht, dann kannst du diese Zertifizierungen bei uns machen und dich fachlich weiterentwickeln.
 * Du beherrschst Deutsch auf mind. C1 Niveau und kannst es erfolgreich im Berufsalltag einsetzen - Your German language proficiency is at least C1 level, and you are able to use it successfully in your daily work.

## Description

* Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg*innen und Kunden entwickelst du IT-Systemlandschaften weiter.
 * Du automatisierst und optimierst bestehende IT-Prozesse und Systeme.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Härtung von Systemen, um die Sicherheit zu erhöhen.
 * Beim Aufbau von Patch-und Vulnerability-Management bringst du dich ebenso ein.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Bewertung bestehender IT-Architekturen & -Prozesse.
