* Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer Anforderungen
 * Beschreibung und Optimierung zentraler Prozesse entlang des gesamten Abo-Lifecycles
 * Moderation von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme mit verschiedenen Stakeholder:innen
 * Dokumentation, Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Anforderungen in Jira und Confluence
