* Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der IT-Automatisierung, z. B. mit PowerShell oder der Power Platform
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit strukturierten Daten: Excel, CSV, Datenmapping und Migration
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Anbindung von REST-APIs und Schnittstellen
 * Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Moderation von Prozess-Workshops
 * Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Dokumentation und Beschreibung von Prozessen
 * Grundkenntnisse im ITSM-Umfeld von Vorteil
 * Verständnis von Software Asset Management wünschenswert
 * Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise auch bei unklaren Anforderungen sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
 * Fähigkeit zur Übersetzung zwischen Fachbereich und IT
 * Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau

## Description

* Konzeption, Beschreibung und Dokumentation von End-to-End-Prozessen
Planung und Durchführung von Prozess-Workshops zur Definition und Abstimmung mit anderen Teams

 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungs-Workflows (z. B. Power Platform, Node-RED)
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von API-Schnittstellen zu SAM-, ITSM- und Endpoint-Management-Systemen
 * Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Integrationslandschaft
 * Unterstützung bei Software-Einführungen sowie internem Support und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
 * Datenmigration und Datenbereinigung im SAM-Kontext
