## Description

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für ein kleines Team - nicht vom Schreibtisch aus, sondern mittendrin. Gemeinsam mit unseren Projektleitern sorgst du dafür, dass Projekte laufen, Leute wissen was zu tun ist und am Ende was Ordentliches dabei rauskommt.

Du bist gut organisiert, behältst den Überblick wenn andere ins Schwitzen kommen - und Herausforderungen sind für dich kein Grund zum Stöhnen, sondern der Grund warum du morgens aufstehst.

Netzwerke sind dein Ding: Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, WLAN - du weißt nicht nur wie es geht, sondern auch warum.

Und das Wichtigste: Du hast Bock, etwas zu verändern. Nicht verwalten. Gestalten.

Bei uns bist du nicht einfach ein Admin. Du bist Teamleiter, Architekt, Sparringspartner und Möglichmacher in einem.
