Sie begleiten spannende Projekte im Bereich Personal treiben die kontinuierliche Optimierung der HR-Prozesse voran - mit viel Freiraum, Verantwortung und modernster Technologie., * Eigenverantwortliches Betreuen und Optimieren des Moduls SAP SuccessFactors mit Fokus auf zwei der Bereiche Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals oder Learning

 * Beraten der HR-Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen und Prozesse
 * Koordinieren und Durchführen von (Teil-)Projekten im SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld, u.a. Rollouts, Upgrades und Systemoptimierungen
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zu angrenzenden Modulen und Systemen
 * Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
