## About the Role

* Idealerweise eine abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung im Bereich IT mit einem relevanten Schwerpunkt

Eine anerkannte Zertifizierung aus der Branche (z.B. CAN, MCP, CCNA, MCSE) oder eine vergleichbare Kombination aus praktischer Erfahrung und Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support für Kunden
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Client-Betriebssysteme sowie der Microsoft Office Suite
Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in der schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikation
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung
