* You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) of a technical area, business administration, business law or a comparable field
 * You have high ethical standards and want to effectively contribute to the development of a compliance culture within RWE
 * You feel confident handling MS Office and O365 Apps, and learn quickly new IT tools. First experiences with Power Automat and Power BI are beneficial
 * You work analytically, in a structured and pragmatic way, learn quickly and think in a solution-oriented manner.
 * You bring team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoy working independently.
 * You enjoy working in an international company at the core of the energy transition, with colleagues with different cultural and professional backgrounds
 * You are creative and understand the challenges and opportunities of Legal Tech for non-technical teams
 * You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills
 * You work in a structured, detail-oriented and independent way
 * You speak and write business fluent english, german is a plus

## Description

To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our global Compliance team, you will support our the team in the design and implementation of projects from a technical perspective, making a valuable contribution to the team's success and the company's Compliance culture and processes.

About the role

 * You have a keen interest in designing and implementing digital formats which support ongoing and upcoming projects within the Compliance team
 * You identify and implement sustainable, user-friendly IT solutions for the simplification/automatization/standardisation of existing processes.
 * Support risk analyses and the further development of internal control systems.
 * Prepare compliance reports, presentations, decision papers and training materials.
 * Support the implementation of digital and AI-based tools as well as compliance-related use cases, especially for standardising, automating and visualising processes.
 * Maintenance of already automated processes, by ensuring a sustainable long-term viability.
 * Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team at Group level.
