* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbar; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im mathematischen oder IT-Umfeld mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
 * Hohe IT-Affinität und ein breites Verständnis für IT-Betriebs- und Anwendungsmanagement-Themen - idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Umfeld von SAP, Siebel oder vergleichbaren Systemen
 * Ausgeprägte Prozessorientierung gepaart mit einer selbständigen, systematischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise und der Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen

 * Erfahrung im Change Management, in der Steuerung von Projekten und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
 * Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, starkes Prozessdenken, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Gesprächsführungs- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
 * Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung (disziplinarisch oder in Projekt-/Linienverantwortung)
