 * Betreuung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Lösungswegen und Maßnahmen
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT-Dienstleistern und dem internen IT-Team zur termingerechten Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Landschaft
