* Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Stabilität und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premises, Netzwerk, perspektivisch Cloud & Workplace)
 * Steuerung und Optimierung zentraler Infrastrukturservices (Server, Virtualisierung, Storage, Datenbanken, Netzwerk und Security)
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Infrastrukturteams (fachlich und disziplinarisch)
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Managed Service Provider inkl. SLA-Überwachung und KPI-Reporting
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration etc.)
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Transformationsprojekten
 * Erstellung von Roadmaps, Budgetplanung sowie Umsetzung der IT-Strategie
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Security-, Compliance- und Datenschutzanforderungen (z. B. DSGVO, Audit-Anforderungen)
