 - Kenntnisse in Self Service & ABAP Programmierung von Vorteil, Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie personalwirtschaftliche und -prozessuale Kenntnisse
 - Unternehmerisches Denken, fundierte Entscheidungsfindung in komplexen Situationen sowie Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
