## About the Role

* Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d).
 * Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering mit, insbesondere in der Analyse, Dokumentation und Validierung von Anforderungen.
 * Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis von Cloud-Native-Technologien sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, insbesondere zu Zertifikaten, Verschlüsselung und Kryptografie.
 * Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kannst unterschiedliche Zielgruppen sicher und adressatengerecht einbinden.
 * Du arbeitest klar, strukturiert und proaktiv und behältst auch bei komplexen Anforderungen den Überblick.
 * Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.

 * Du erhebst, analysierst und validierst fachliche sowie technische Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
 * Du strukturierst und spezifizierst Anforderungen und überführst diese in klar definierte, umsetzungsreife Backlog-Items.
 * Du konzipierst und dokumentierst fachliche Lösungsansätze und definierst passende Akzeptanzkriterien.
 * Du etablierst einen effizienten und nachhaltigen Requirements-Engineering-Prozess und entwickelst diesen kontinuierlich weiter.
