 * Durchführung von Servicedienstleistungen an Systemen beim Kunden
 * Dokumentation durchgeführter Serviceleistungen und Erstellung von Fehlerprotokollen
 * Integration von Software in Kundengeräte an deutschlandweiten Standorten
 * Test von Softwareanteilen nach Vorgabe
 * Durchführung der Abnahmen von IT-System Integrierten Plattformen
 * Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
 * Schnittstellenkoordination mit den am Umrüststandort beteiligten nationalen und internationalen Firmen
 * Pflege von komplexen Datenbankanwendungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungs-, Wartungs- und Betriebskonzepten für militärische Kunden
