 * Du übernimmst die fachliche und technische Verantwortung für Module, Anwendungen und Prozesse im SAP HCM Umfeld
 * Als kompetente Schnittstelle berätst du die HR-Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
 * Du wirkst aktiv in Projekten mit - je nach Erfahrung auch in leitender Rolle (Teilprojekt- oder Projektleitung)
 * Du unterstützt im Incident- und Problemmanagement und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Verbesserung bestehender Lösungen
 * Du koordinierst und testest Systemanpassungen sowie Support Packages
 * Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Dienstleister
