 * Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse und Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzialen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
 * Konfiguration, Integration und Optimierung verschiedener SuccessFactors-Module - insbesondere Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management sowie Learning und Performance & Goals
 * Unterstützung von Key-Usern durch Schulungen, Dokumentationen und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Beratung der internen Stakeholder zur bestmöglichen Nutzung der SuccessFactors Suite
