## Description

* Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer Active-Directory-Umgebung inklusive Benutzer-, Gruppen- und Berechtigungsmanagement
 * Betreuung einer hybriden Microsoft-365-Infrastruktur mit Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint Online
 * Verwaltung und Konfiguration von Azure-Diensten, insbesondere im Bereich Identity & Access Management
 * Überwachung der Cloud- und Infrastrukturumgebung sowie Performance-Optimierung
 * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsstandards, Zugriffsrichtlinien und Authentifizierungskonzepten
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie Umsetzung präventiver Maßnahmen
 * Einführung neuer Microsoft-365- und Azure-Funktionen
 * Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse mittels PowerShell oder vergleichbarer Technologien
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung des internen IT-Supports bei komplexen Fragestellungen
