## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, SAFe-Zertifizierung
 * Erfahrung als Scrum Master, überwiegend in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in skalierten agilen Umgebungen und fundierte Kenntnisse von SAFe und Agile Release Trains
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kanban sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
 * Erfahrung in der Moderation teamübergreifender Formate und Workshops, insbesondere PI Planning und Retrospektiven
 * Technisches Grundverständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen, z.B. CI/CD, Releases und Produktivsetzung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

 * Moderation von Team- und ART-Formaten wie Dailys, Retrospektiven, Workshops, PI Planning und Inspect & Adapt
 * Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog-Gestaltung, Priorisierung und Abstimmung mit Business-Stakeholdern
 * Identifikation, Bearbeitung und Eskalation von Impediments sowie Koordination teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten und Risiken
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der Zusammenarbeit und Prozesse innerhalb des ART sowie Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Teambuilding-Prozessen
 * Unterstützung bei technischen und prozessualen Themen der Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere Entwicklungsprozessen, CI/CD und Produktivsetzung
