## About the Role

*8-10 years of progressive IT project management experience, including managing large, complex, cross-functional IT initiatives in matrixed organizations.
*Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects such as ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, or data integration systems.
*Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
*Proven ability to lead and influence diverse cross-functional project teams without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
*Strong experience owning project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across large-scale programs.
*Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management for enterprise technology implementations, including business readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
*Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, with hands-on proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Jira.
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field., *PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification or training.
*Experience working within a university or higher-education environment.
*Experience managing projects involving external vendors or consulting partners.
*Demonstrated use of data and metrics to drive project planning, decision-making, and risk management.

## Description

The client is seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale, complex enterprise technology initiatives from planning through post-go-live stabilization, delivering measurable value across technical and business teams., *Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large, complex IT projects across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategies.
*Own the full project plan including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for enterprise technology initiatives such as ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, and data integrations.
*Serve as the primary liaison between IT/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership, facilitating communication and alignment across all levels.
*Identify project risks and issues early, develop and implement proactive mitigation strategies, and provide regular status reporting to executives and governance groups.
*Lead organizational change management and business readiness efforts for technology implementations, driving user adoption and post-go-live stabilization.
*Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor involvement while identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial accountability.
