## About the Role

* Associate's degree or Bacheors degree in a scientific/technical discipline OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of laboratory or related operational experience
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal procedures
 * Ability to learn and operate laboratory equipment
 * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
 * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

 * Laboratory support or glass wash experience
 * Experience with autoclaves, glassware washers, sterilizers, or similar equipment
 * Experience working in a GxP/GDP laboratory environment

## Description

* Pay Rate Up to $25.00 Per Hour
 * 1 Year contract to start
 * Collect, transport, process, and deliver laboratory glassware/plasticware
 * Operate glassware washers, dry heat sterilizers, and ultrasonic baths
 * Prepare items for cleaning and sanitization following established procedures
 * Visually inspect glassware for cleanliness, residue, and structural defects
 * Maintain equipment logs, temperature records, and documentation following GDP
 * Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
 * Monitor glassware inventory and maintain clean, organized work areas
 * Follow safety, contamination control, and operational procedures
 * Support training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Collaborate with laboratory support teams to ensure timely service
