## Description

We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Clinical Care Technician to join our eye care team. This role combines both clinical and front desk responsibilities, requiring cross-training to support patient care and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office., * Prepare patients for eye exams, including obtaining medical histories and chief complaints

 * Perform preliminary testing (e.g., Visual field, OCT, Optos, IOP)
 * Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and basic eye care instructions
 * Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming atmosphere
 * Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic flow
 * Answer patient inquiries via phone, text or in person with clear, friendly communication
 * Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure patients' needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
