* Bachelor's degree- preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field; Associate degree with relevant experience,
 * 3 to 4 years of experience in the field.
 * Multi-tasking: Manage multiple assignments across geographies.
 * Planning and Prioritization: Strong organizational skills.
 * Solution-Oriented: Provide solutions and contingency plans.
 * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce).
 * Travel: Willing to travel 75% of the time, including overnight travel. Eligible for a company car.
 * Teamwork and Independence: Work independently and as a team member.
 * Customer Service: Develop professional relationships and appropriate behavior.
 * Self-Starter: Motivated by personal and team success.
 * Communication: Convey information clearly and concisely.
 * Problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
 * Public Speaking: Confidently present to upper management., * Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency Departments, and Urgent Care Centers.

## Description

* Implementation Support: Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support within an implementation case.
 * Administrative Tasks: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately, including updating project notes and milestone dates in Summit, expense reporting, and other necessary items.
 * Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, and articulate the benefits of point-of-care testing.
 * Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key product attributes and conduct product demonstrations.
