## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide Tier 1 IT support to a growing user base, handling a high volume of requests with a customer-focused approach. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Tier 2 teams to resolve issues and document knowledge. The opportunity supports onboarding and a potential extension or contract-to-hire path, placing you at the front line of IT service delivery. You will help improve backlog management and contribute to operational efficiency.
