* At least 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi),
 * Enterprise JAVA development background with a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere (Application Server, Message Broker/Queue, Portal, ESB, and Process Server) Technology.
 * At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
 * At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
 * At least 2-3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
 * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
 * Experience to Financial/Banking domain
 * High Analytical skills
 * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * High customer orientation
 * A high degree of initiative and flexibility, 1. Good comm skills are a big priority
 2. Duration: 12+ Months
 3. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
