A well-established enterprise organization is seeking a Mainframe CICS System Administrator to join its infrastructure operations team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring onsite attendance three days per week. The environment includes IBM CICS Transaction Server, z/OS platforms, enterprise monitoring tools, and large-scale transaction processing systems that support critical business functions.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced infrastructure professionals and contribute directly to platform reliability and performance. Required Skills & Experience

 * 5+ years of experience supporting IBM mainframe environments
 * Hands-on CICS Transaction Server (CICS TS) administration experience
 * Experience applying PTFs and supporting software maintenance activities
 * Knowledge of production, testing, and disaster recovery environments
 * Experience monitoring system health and resource utilization
 * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
 * Understanding of transaction processing systems
 * Experience managing system configurations and startup parameters

* Install, configure, and support CICS Transaction Server environments
 * Apply maintenance, upgrades, and software updates
 * Administer production, testing, and disaster recovery regions

 * Perform tuning activities to improve overall system efficiency
