* 2+ years delivering end-to-end GenAI/LLM-based solutions in enterprise production environments
 * Strong Python expertise: REST APIs, FastAPI, WebSocket-based applications
 * LLMs (GPT, LLaMA), Agentic frameworks (LangGraph), orchestration frameworks (MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
 * Embedding models and RAG evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize)
 * Model Governance and Model Risk Management: model documentation, governance compliance, monitoring, performance controls
 * Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * 10+ years overall IT experience with leadership on complex enterprise initiatives

Preferred:

 * Java development experience
 * Enterprise data stores: Redis, MongoDB
 * Distributed/big data: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop/Hive, Neo4j
 * ML techniques, classifiers, and statistical modeling
 * Advanced degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or quantitative field
