## Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer (Backend Focused) to architect and scale our core Developer and Enterprise APIs. You will design resilient, low-latency backend systems and streaming data pipelines that power our real-time AI and voice intelligence platform.

What you'll do

 * Drive End-to-End Ownership: Take features from ambiguous problem statements through design, coding, deployment, and customer iteration.
 * Architect Platform Systems: Build scalable REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and persistence layers for enterprise applications.
 * Exercise Sharp Scope Judgment: Ship high-quality systems quickly by making deliberate technical trade-offs.
 * Multiply the Team: Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design feedback, tooling improvements, and mentorship.
