reporting, CMDB updates, etc. * Responsible to schedule, run and participate in Technical/Supplier meetings, document/distribute meeting notes/action items, set up follow-up meetings, drive open action items to closure * Responsible for submitting contracts for purchases/renewals/Pos into Workday * Responsible to track IT hardware/software end of maintenance dates to initiate upcoming renewals * Responsible to research software entitlements and work with appropriate team to identify/resolve license compliance issues, CMDB updates, etc. * Responsible for research and resolution of hardware questions, issues, CMDB updates, etc. * Oversee and/or process various financial related reports * Proactively/clearly communicate issues and appropriately escalate * Review and approve vendor invoices, research vendor invoice issues Identify and implement operational process efficiencies * Exhibit and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing * Responsible for running cross functional team meetings * Meet and communicate with Suppliers * Responsible for preparing leadership reports/presentations and communication with senior leadership * Must have project management type skillsets -
