## About the Role

* 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and platform management/administration.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer/Workflows.
 * Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
 * Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
 * Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
 * Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, tables, forms, and workflows.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, ITOM, or HRSD.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

## Description

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong development and platform management experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules, custom application development, integrations, and platform administration., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

 * Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer, and ACLs.
 * Manage and enhance ServiceNow platform functionality based on business requirements.
 * Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
 * Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
 * Perform ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 * Analyse requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
 * Participate in upgrades, patches, deployments, and release management.
 * Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
 * Support code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
