This role blends deep SQL Server and data expertise with client-facing consultation, enabling you to translate ministry needs into well-designed, performant database and CRM solutions. You will work hands-on with data, reporting, and configuration while partnering closely with ministries to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with real-world operational needs., Client Engagement & Solutions Delivery * Meet directly with clients to gather requirements, understand ministry workflows, and document business needs. * Translate client requirements into practical, technically sound solutions within DonorDirect's in-house software and CRM platforms. * Provide clear solutions, overviews, guidance, and recommendations aligned with ministry goals. * Deliver complete, documented solutions and communicate progress effectively with client stakeholders. * Establish and maintain strong working relationships with ministries, balancing advocacy with system stability. Collaboration & Contribution * Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to align solutions with platform standards. * Assist in validating and prioritizing requirements for projects and client requests. * Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and best practices. Database Development & SQL Engineering * Write, troubleshoot, and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts. * Support reporting, data analysis, and CRM configuration through efficient SQL design. * Improve and refactor existing SQL code and database objects to enhance maintainability and performance.
